ARTICLE VII. EDUCATION & HEALTH

Section 1. The Lelu Town Government shall promote

      Education and Health. 

Section 2. The Lelu Town Government shall be

      responsive to the needs and wishes of the people

      of Lelu.

Section 3. The Lelu Town Government shall by

      ordinance create a Division of Primary Health Care

      under the Mayor's Office. 

Section 4. For the purpose of ensuring the full

      potential of growth and development in health,

      education, and social welfare, the Lelu Town

      Government through prescribed ordinance, will

      establish an age of consent that will be in line with

      the state law. 

Section 5. The Lelu Town Government will promote

      production and consumption of local food to

      ensure the improvement in the health and

      wellbeing of the people of Lelu and to reduce the

      burden of Non-Communicable diseases and their

      complications.
