ARTICLE XIV. LANGUAGE

Section 1. The Lelu Town Charter shall be published in

      both the Kosraean and English languages. In the

      event of a conflict in the two versions, the

      Kosraean language version shall take precedence.​

Section 2. All Lelu Town ordinances must be published

      in both the Kosraean and English languages. A

      copy of all ordinances must be sent to the Office

      of the Governor, the Office of the Speaker, the

      Office of the Chief Justice, and a copy of all

      ordinances must be placed in a public place so that

      all citizens of Lelu Town may be informed of its

      contents.
